RODEO ASSOCIATIONS
We typically rodeo in our local associations (CCA & MRCA). We are also heavily involved in the Manitoba Rope Horse Futurity, Manitoba Calf Ropers Unlimited, Casey Brown Memorial Roping, Virden Indoor Rodeo as well as hosting our own Brown Brothers Team Roping Clinic and Calf Roping Clinics.
MANITOBA RODEO COWBOYS ASSOCIATION
The MRCA approves amateur rodeos in the provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan and in North Dakota, USA. MRCA amateur rodeo includes the following events: Bareback Riding, Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc, Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping and Ladies Barrel Racing.
MANITOBA ROPE HORSE FUTURITY
The MRHF was first started in 2013, and since then has become a well known equine event across the prairie provinces. The futurity is held annually each fall in Brandon Mb, and each year we have seen an increase in both horse and riders. We believe it is the continued support from the participants and our amazing sponsors that has made the MRHF a success!
CANADIAN COWBOYS ASSOCIATION
The Canadian Cowboys Association’s goal is to promote the sport of rodeo to new members, the public and the sports media. The CCA has been a major stepping stone for the careers of many professional rodeo champions and contestants attending the Canadian Finals Rodeo and National Finals Rodeo.
